The 14th Armenian Medical World Congress will be held in Madrid 

Dear Colleagues 
AMWC14, the 14th Armenian Medical World Congress, will be held by our colleagues in Madrid July 3 -5, 2025.  The theme is Medicine in Motion:  Turning Scientific Insights into Action.  Details can be found at their website amwc2025.org.  The venue is at the historic University Complutense of Madrid.  Abstracts may be submitted online through November 30, 2024. 

New: Online Participation Option
We are pleased to announce that AMWC 2025 will offer virtual attendance options:
- Live streaming of sessions
- Virtual access to congress materials
- Registration fees for online participation will be 80% of in-person fees


Group Registration Process
We are pleased to offer group discounts for registrations of 10 or more participants. The process is as follows:

  * Complete list of participants' names
  * Category for each participant (Professional/Resident/Nurse) with corresponding documentation
  * Country of residence for each participant
- Our team will calculate the discounted total
- Payment must be made via bank transfer
- Please note: All bank transfer fees/commissions must be covered by the participants

1. Completed financial disclosure forms for the CME accreditation process
2. Your current CV for the congress website

Reminder for Session Organizers
For those organizing sessions, please note that you are responsible for:
- Coordinating with your speakers
- Ensuring timely submission session proposals, the deadline is Nov 17, 2024
- Ensuring sufficient attendance at your session by promoting it within your professional networks and sponsors
