Cultural events at AMWC2025

Dear All,

Warm greetings from Armine, responsible for the cultural program of the Congress.  To ensure a smooth and organized process, we will proceed step by step with event registrations.

La Traviata

The first step is finalizing the group for the opera “La Traviata” at Teatro Real, Madrid on July 4th, 2025, starts at 19:30 (7:30 PM).
Please make sure to confirm your participation by April 9 by This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (ticket categories range from €50 to €400).    Once I confirm the reservation, ticket payments must be transferred to our bank account by April 11. I will provide payment details once the reservation is secured.

After April 11, we will proceed with the following events to ensure proper coordination:

1. Toledo trip:

• July 5: for accompanying guests

• July 6: for Congress participants

2. Bullfight at Las Ventas

3. Flamenco Theater – which has already gathered great interest!

4. Gala Dinner

Important: Each event will be organized separately and through individual emails. Many participants have changed their cultural preferences throughout our correspondence. Some who initially registered through the website later reached out via email expressing different choices. Due to these changes, organizing everything via email and group discussions has become quite a complex process.

I also sincerely apologize for the large number of emails you have received. Since the cultural section of our website is no longer available, this is currently the only way to coordinate the program effectively.
